Privacy policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026. Below is a summary of what data we collect through this site and contact form, and how we process it.

1. Data controller

The data controller is MICCOMP Michał Ciechomski (trading as directhelp.pl), NIP (Polish tax ID): 524-141-98-26, REGON: 14131585200000, address: ul. Kowalskiego 5 lok. 68, 03-288 Warsaw, Poland. Contact for data protection matters: kontakt@directhelp.pl.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect: full name, company name (optional), email address, selected package, and message content. We also collect IP address and reCAPTCHA verification results for security and analytics purposes.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process contact form data to respond to inquiries and prepare offers, based on legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), and where a contract is concluded, to perform that contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). Google reCAPTCHA and Google Analytics operate based on consent given through use of the site, in line with cookie settings.

4. Recipients of data

Data may be shared with our email and hosting providers, and with Google (Analytics, reCAPTCHA), strictly to the extent needed to provide those services.

5. Retention period

We retain contact form data for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any resulting cooperation, no longer than 12 months from the last contact, unless the law requires a longer period, or a contract is concluded — in which case we retain data for the duration of the contract plus any legally required period afterwards (e.g. for tax purposes).

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict processing of, and port your data, and to object to processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (UODO). To exercise these rights, email kontakt@directhelp.pl.

7. Cookies

The site uses Google Analytics (visit statistics) and Google reCAPTCHA (spam protection for the contact form). Both tools may set cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings — this may limit the contact form's functionality.
