Questions
Before you call
What counts towards "support hours included"?
Time actually spent resolving a ticket — from diagnosis to fix. Short phone questions are usually not counted as a full hour.
Can I change plans during our engagement?
Yes. As your number of workstations grows you can move from Mini to Medium, or request a custom quote for the Large plan.
How does support beyond the included hours work?
Extra hours are billed at the rate tied to your chosen plan — no need to renegotiate the contract.
Do you support companies outside Warsaw?
Yes — most of our support is delivered remotely (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RDP or SSH, depending on the system), so your office location isn't a limitation.
Do you guarantee an SLA?
This distinction matters: the response time of around 15 minutes you see on the site is the typical time to pick up your case — how long you usually wait before someone starts working on it. If we're already handling another ticket, it can take a little longer. It is not an SLA in the sense of a guaranteed resolution time. We can't honestly promise a fixed repair time upfront, since it depends on the nature of the fault — some are solved in minutes, others need longer diagnosis. We'd rather be upfront about that distinction than promise a resolution deadline just to look good on paper.
How do you prioritize tickets?
Every ticket is tagged P1–P3: P1 is a failure that blocks the whole company (e.g. no server or internet access), P2 is an inconvenience that doesn't stop work entirely (e.g. a slow app, a VPN outage), and P3 covers individual issues — a single printer, a forgotten password, a configuration question. We verify the priority when the ticket comes in — if the description doesn't match the chosen category, we'll let you know and suggest the right one, so genuinely critical issues get handled first.
How does billing work and when do I pay?
We bill at the end of each month (payment in arrears), with a 7-day payment term from the invoice date. Prices in the pricing table are net amounts — 23% VAT is added on top.
Outsourced IT support vs an in-house IT person — which is better?
It depends on your team size. For companies with up to roughly 20-30 workstations, a full-time in-house IT person often costs more than our subscription — and still won't cover 8 hours a day, 5 days a week without gaps. If they're on leave or sick, you're left without support. Outsourced IT support gives you access to a whole team's worth of skills (networking, servers, Windows, macOS, Azure) for a fraction of a full salary, with no downtime tied to one person's availability. An in-house hire usually starts making more sense once your infrastructure grows significantly larger and more complex.
How much does remote IT support really cost?
For a company with up to 10 workstations, it's typically 1200 PLN net per month (Mini plan) — less than a single day of an in-house IT salary. For companies with up to 20 workstations, a server, and more complex infrastructure, it's 2500 PLN net (Medium plan). For larger teams we prepare an individual quote — no hidden costs, no long-term commitment — the standard notice period is 1 month.
