Configuration remotely, physical work — where it has to be physical

Most of our network work — configuring devices, changing WiFi settings, diagnosing why speed dropped or why VoIP calls keep cutting out — happens remotely, through a secure connection to your router, switch or WiFi controller. We don't pretend that running physical cabling or mounting an access point can be done over the internet, though. Where a job needs hands on site, we say so plainly — the same way we handle workstation hardware faults, where a physical repair gets routed to a trusted external repair shop instead of us promising something we can't deliver.

VoIP quality comes down to three things: connection quality, correct network configuration, and business-grade hardware. We configure voice traffic prioritization (QoS) so a call doesn't compete for bandwidth with a file download or video stream, and we choose hardware that can actually handle it — instead of hoping a consumer-grade router will muddle through.

WiFi security

Good coverage isn't the same as a secure network

WiFi that "works" and WiFi that's secure are two different things. We configure networks on business-grade hardware — Ubiquiti/UniFi and Cisco Meraki — which lets us separate the company network from the guest network, control which devices get access, encrypt traffic, and monitor what's happening on the network, instead of relying on a router's default settings.

Before you ask for a quote

Can a network issue actually be diagnosed and configured remotely?

How much does deploying and maintaining a company network cost?
Ongoing configuration and maintenance fall within the support hours included in the Mini, Medium or Large plan. Larger deployments — new office cabling, a redundant internet link, or replacing WiFi infrastructure — are quoted individually after a short audit of what's already in place.
Do you support companies outside Poland?
Yes — most network configuration and diagnostics are done remotely, so office location isn't a limitation. For work that requires physical presence, we recommend trusted local contractors when we can't be on site ourselves.
